"We loved this place! It was remodeled, very clean and modern, at least in the apartment. The bistro area was a little dirty, but we didn't stay and eat there. What I loved about the place: how quiet and safe the area was; how easy check-in was. I was worried about how to check in since there is no front desk on site. "The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...

"Property was in a beautiful location a little out of the way but was driving so wasn’t an issue. The lady on check in was very helpful and also kindly gifted us a drinks voucher for that evening. "Check in was not prompt, because we arrived at dinner time and the concierge was working in the dining room. I think the hotel needs to add some part time staff.
