"Air conditioning, phone, wifi and tv didn’t work "

"The place was very difficult to find with poor signage. The room was lovely and bright maybe a little too bright as door had a window and 3 window blinds did not block outside lights at night. The room was self catering but as we were only staying one night we thought to use the advertised restaurant, this did not exist. However they very kindly managed to prepare some dinner for us. I would say if self catering this would be a nice quiet place to stay but not alot in the surrounding area to...

"Honestly, the his place is so dirty, it’s unbelievable. The furniture is substandard and the TV doesn’t have basic channels like CNN. "

"THE WHOLE FACILITY EQUIRES AN UPGRADE. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS OF POOR QUALITY. A RE-THINK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL OF YOUR BATHROOMS . YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ZANDILE FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING. SHE WILL MAKE AN EXCELLENT MANAGER AT ONE OF YOUR RESORTS. BOTH YOUR RECEPTION STAFF HAVE GREAT DECISION MAKING SKILLS. USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE."

"In November 2023 I booked a single night for two people here for 25 June 2024 on Expedia. I received an email from Expedia saying “Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm” and payment was taken from my credit card. This was part of a three-week tour from Cape Town to Durban. On 13 June 2024 I received a message from the accommodation, via Expedia, saying “Kindly note that we have no availability for the date originally booked” and that they had outsourced accommodation....
