"It was good overall, very nice and clean room. But when we tried to access Netflix via casting and it wouldn’t work, the front desk staff wouldn’t help. The tv kept saying I had to enter a pin and the desk staff just said “you don’t need to do that” but couldn’t access any type of casting without it so they were not helpful or even tried to be helpful. Upon check-in, the staff member seemed to have some confusion, changing back and forth which room to give me.
