I went out to the hallway to get a bucket of ice and the key that I had didn’t work so I had to go all the way down to the lobby and get a key all over again so luckily somebody else is in the room at the time but other than that everything is terrific thank you."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel four times now because it’s incredibly convenient and always well-organized. I really appreciate the location and overall setup of the place — it makes traveling much easier. However, one issue has been consistent across my stays: the room cleanliness, especially the bed sheets, is not up to standard. Unfortunately, the sheets had visible marks and didn’t feel fresh, which was disappointing. I had hoped this would improve over time, but it hasn’t. That said, I do genuinely love this hotel and keep coming back for the positives — I just really hope they address the cleanliness issue soon, especially with the bedding. "
