Literally rolled her eyes in my face, I will be emailing the property separately. Whitney wasn’t as bad but she also really needs some customer service training. Besides that and the room issue with a broken fridge, non working lamps, and non working lock everything was great. The manager Arianna was great and upgraded us rooms after the room dilemma....
