"Customer service. Excellent. Just noisy customer at the top though at night."

"This is a solid Westin property with the service expected. This said, there are a LOT of separate charges: parking (even for EVs), ski check for each pair of skis, and (I think) a resort fee. Facilities are good but a bit worn from many boots, like most hotels near the lifts. Pool/hot tub were great and very welcome. Valets we’re top notch. We’d stay here again."

"It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, right in the center of the village. The old spaghetti factory was right down stairs. We were able to enjoy hot tub during the cold weather. Though had to pay extra for parking, but would highly recommend staying at this place. "

"Realllllly loud at night. Good lucky trying to get to bed at a decent time with the music blasting downstairs. They provide earplugs, but you can feel the base of the music, so they don’t help."
