"While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you. You will need to directly contact the property manager with the phone number you're provided for all other inquiries....

"Was very clean aside from the fact that the toilet had been used and not flushed and the kitchen garbage had not been emptied . Otherwise, great property and really enjoyed having a sauna in my room ! "
