The view from my room was amazing. Everyone is friendly and nice. Always ready to help. Chino Latino was excellent! I traveled with kids and they loved eating there! It made our vacation a lot easier.

Great location, exit hotel and you're looking at Big Ben. Quick walk to Westminster tube station. Easy walk to Trafalgar Square. Plenty of food spots and shops including a Starbucks and Subway. Plenty of nearby tourist spots nearby. Only negative for me was the bathroom lighting: only overhead lighting and not too bright. So not great when trying to shave while looking into mirror.
