"The lamp was broken. There were no extra blankets in the room. There was only a small bar of soap and no body wash. I had to go find someone to come to the front desk after waiting 20 minutes. It was not the experience I expected at all. "

My only negative is the hotel is currently under renovation, and I wasn't aware of that prior to booking, so none of the hotel amenities were accessible. Luckily, we only had one night booked or this would have been a very disappointing stay."
