"We had a lovely stay here for our concert. The wonderful staff upgraded us on arrival with an even better room which was delightful! Thank you!! Our suite was great. Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for having us. We will always now stay here for our trips/concerts! "

Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood, an IHG Hotel

"Firstly we were put into Room 201 which was a disabled room which wasnt really a problem but we paid for a city view room. Shower curtain was very short hence water went all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise the room was very clean and bed & linen comfortable. No option for decaf coffee or tea and no milk option in room. Hotel was lovely, coffee shop very nice. Breakfast was good however basic breads available. Reception staff very helpful and courteous. Onsite underground parking was easily accessible and clean. We would stay there again as it was convenient to Olympic park for concert with a short cab ride."
