"I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!"

"This was my first time at Hotel Emisia. Hotel is located in a very convenient location near to train station, shopping and dining. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay at Hotel Emisia, if I visit Tachikawa again."

"The best thing was the staff they were the friendliest and were very polite. It was pouring in Tokyo today and we had checked out not only did they store our bags so we could do a last minute visit in Tokyo they lent us umbrellas which was super helpful with 2 young kids. The rooms feel a little simple but the buffet breakfast and the ladies retreat with free massage chairs and shampoo bar were lovely little touches. Its also less than a 5 min walk from the station the helpful staff and extras (including free coffee in foyer) and location would def recommend. "
