The staff were very friendly, but the whole hotel smelled very badly of cigarettes. The smell in our room and the floor we stayed on was very bad even though we booked a non-smoking room. We only stayed for one night so it was bearable but a longer stay would have been very difficult with the constant strong smoke smell.

There was feces stuck to the inside of the toilet bowl. It is difficult to find unless opening the toilet seat cover. There was a large step at the entrance to the toilet, which made it scary to use at night. When I enterned the room, I put refrigerated foods inside the refrigerator without knowing it was turned off. I found it was off and asked the staff. There was a switch in a hard-to-find place. I think a warning plate is needed on the refrigerator door. The staff said that refrigerated foods would be fine for about 5 hours and left. I felt that his answer was careless.

入り口も出口も階段しかないのでキャリーケース持参や車椅子だと上り下りが大変だと思います。従業員同士の連携があまり取れていないのか、こちらが何人かの従業員に伝えていたことが他の従業員にはしっかり伝わっていなかったので残念でした。アメニティなど毎回フロントまで取りに行かないといけなかったりレンジも部屋にないので不便でした。備え付けの冷蔵庫は音が大きめで耐えられる範囲ではあってもちょっとうるさかったです。ホテルの香りはシトラスっぽい良い香りがしていました。
