"My stay here was amazing. I visit to see family who is in the hospital during a very sensitive time in my life and I am so happy I picked this hotel. The staff was amazing the entire stay and so helpful. The free breakfast every morning was great and plenty to choose from. The coffee and tea was great. Everyone was nice, helpful, and friendly. "I chose this hotel for its close location to the airport. This was a snow day in Memphis, so being by the airport was necessary. The area itself is not great but I felt safe the whole time. My guess is that the hotel was old amerisuite or Spring Hill property. The rooms were quiet. Nothing really fancy but clean and all the items worked. There is a Mexican restaurant that serves decent mexican food. A little on the American side but it is in Memphis. The airport shuttle was nice to have. I did not the shuttle for anything else. The Lyft ride downtown was about $10"
