"This hotel is convenient for the airport and trams into central Geneva and Cern. The surrounding area is still a bit derelict with a kind of shopping mall with restaurants around the corner. The view from our window was not nice, hence the heavy blinds which were awkward to manage. The temperature was impossible to control with staff telling us it was against regulations for it to be increased or decreased by more than 3 C. Ridiculous! "Amazing location and very helpful staff. The rooms are small but with great efficient design. If you need a dark room to sleep, the black out curtains make the room DARK. The lobby is a bright and happy place and all the staff speak great English and are welcoming and helpful. There is self check in but there is someone to help with that as well. You are located right in the middle of everything, a few steps from old town and a block or two from the water. We loved our stay."

We were able to walk from the airport to the hotel in about 15 minutes after our trip to the city of Geneva from taking the train at the airport.
