"I was extremely disappointed to show up at the hotel given the directions I had based on the location I selected only to be sent to another location 20 minutes away! The fortunate part was the new location was brand new and had just opened! The drive to go to my pre planned location was a big problem."

"The staff were great! The breakfast area gets congested and dirty during the weekend morning rush bust that’s to be expected. The hotel common areas were kept tidy and our room was clean. There was some construction going on around the outside and we were steps from the tram so there was lots of noise from it running through the city 24/7.
