"Nachdem wir zwei Jahre aussetzen mussten, kamen wir voller freudiger Erwartung zurück in dieses Hotel. Das Personal nach wie vor nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei den Servicekräften angefangen, die Raumpflegerin so wie das Empfangspersonal.
Wir haben diesmal nur mit Frühstück gebucht und ich glaube das war auch gut so. Wir hätten uns sonst nur geärgert. Und warum? Die Küchenleistung beim Frühstück hat um 50 % verloren. Angefangen bei den Kaffeevollautomaten weiter zum Frühstücksbuffet wo...
"Nicht gefallen hat nur, dass wir einzig einen Topf und zu wenig Besteck hatten. Außerdem war eine Matratze total durchgelegen. Ansonsten war alles super und wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr oder danach wiederkommen."

"Aufgrund eines "technischen Problems" mussten wir das Appartement wechseln.
Einen Tag vor Urlaubsbeginn.
Der Zustand des "neuen" Avangard Ressort Apartments war sehr abgewohnt und der Zustand der Möbel alt.
Obwohl der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer defekt war und man dies bemängelt hatte, wurde während der gesamten Urlaubszeit der Mangel nicht behoben. Schade.
Des Weiteren war die Schiebetür der Dusche defekt. Abfluss verstopft etc. Katastrophe.

"Very nice apartment with outdoor patio. Our unit was on the bottom floor. Location is outstanding. Nearby restaurants were amazing. Beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this location. Only downside is the bedroom. It's a loft which is very nice but low ceiling. Maybe 4 ft. The tight circular staircase could be difficult for seniors. I would suggest another unit."
