"Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung sehr stilvoll. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht und hatten alles was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigte. Super👍 Auch der Wellnessbereich zwar klein aber zum entspannen völlig ausreichend. "Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Nytt of flott leilighetshotel. Velsig rent når vi ankom, ingen rengjøring underveis i oppholdet på 6 dager. Trenger du nye håndduker koster det ca 45 EUR ekstra for 4 personer. Sengene var noe harde for oss nordmenn. Totalt sett meget flott sted med hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Resepsjonen ringte på innsjekkingsdag for å avklare innsjekkingstidspunkt, og la ut nøkkel i nøkkelboks da vi ankom sent på kvelden. Vi kunne ønsket at innsjekkingsinstruksjoner i tillegg ble sent på epost. Stedet er...

"Everything regarding this apartment is perfect. The location is comfortable as it is located not far from the ferry station, there are 2 supermarkets right near the building and the main beach is in a 15-minute walk distance. Also all necessary facilities were included and all of them were in a good condition: washing machine, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, full set of kitchenware. There even was a special wind guard for windy days at the beach. The apartment is clean,...

"Preis Leistung war absolut ok. Wohnung sauber und gut eingerichtet. Einzig der fehlende Backofen war schade. Und ganz wichtig die ein oder andere Steckdose war nicht gut verputzt. Mit Kleinkinden definitiv gefährlich. "

"Leider waren einige Dinge in der Unterkunft defekt. Duschwand raus rausgebrochen, Duschkopf mit Klebeband befestigt, Duschkopf konnte nicht eingehangen werden, da die Halterung abgebrochen war. An den Plissees waren teilweise die Ketten bereits gerissen."

Nice spa hotel with good breakfast.

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "
