"A package delivered to my hotel room went missing, and there was no CCTV to investigate. The staff offered no assistance in resolving the issue. I stayed for almost 10 days, and the breakfast lacked variety, only alternating between bacon and sausage daily. Also, housekeeping only changes your linen if you asked them which is so difficult because no one answers their direct line. Thanks to the receptionist who helped us out. Other than these, we enjoyed our stay! "

"While travelling to our daughters for Christmas we stayed here again. Check in was fast and efficient, the room was clean and quiet, in hotel restaurant was convenient with a pub style menu and great service. The fitness center was a nice touch and the pool was busy. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for maintenance. It was quite busy with Christmas parties etc. There were a few intoxicated people lingering in the lobby and upon checkout an intoxicated guest, at 9 am stumbled into the nicely...
