"If you reserved a less expensive room or assigned to a "-1" floor room, try to change it. You will not be able to sleep from 5:00 AM-11:00AM The kitchen and dinning room right above will make lots of noise. After two days, we could not take it. The staff is kind enough to change our room to third floor."

"The guesthouse itself is a nice property. It is very conveniently located near transit, restaurants, shopping and a Lidl. The room is a good size I was travelling solo and found it to be just right. nothing special just a basic room. The receptionists are very nice. you do have a bunch of keys to go in and out of the property which can seem like an inconvenience but I didn't mind. on my floor there was a full size kitchen for guests to use with a dining area. "The perfect hotel for a mini break in Budapest. After lots of research I chose this hotel for location and that was definitely the right choice. It is beside the Ferris Wheel, an underground station, a bus stop (Bus 16 takes you to the Budapest district) and 5-10 mins walk to St Stephen’s Basilica. Check in was smooth. "Although The Intercontinental isn’t the most attractive building, externally, in Budapest; it more than makes up for it with its superb location! Situated on the Danube Promenade, the view of The Chain Bridge and the magnificent, elevated Budapest Castle District across the river, is breathtaking - especially in the evening when the attractions are lit up. The impressive Parliament building is also just a short stroll away. The local area is bursting with options for dining out, shopping and transport links; whether you require the bus, the tram or the metro. The hotel boasts a pool and spa. The breakfast selection is excellent; offering choices of hot food as well as a huge variety of other options to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and efficient."
