"Lovely hotel. Very central and easy to get around as there are busses and metro nearby as well as the hop on hop off bus. I had a comfort room, which was spotless and very spacious although the view was the back of the building! The shower was amazing. I wasn’t so keen on the breakfast as there wasn’t a huge amount of choice. The hot food was very limited and always cold! I would definitely stay here again but not have the breakfast. There are plenty of cafes serving breakfast very near...

"The sliding door of the shower kept sliding back, couldn't have a proper shower. Asked staff to fix it on the second day, didn't fix it. Only staying for 2 nights so I just put up with it without asking the staff for help again. Overall, the room was clean and the hotel was safe. Scenic spots in Budapest are basically all packed in the city centre and therefore transport from the hotel was convenient. Staff offered luggage storage after check out for travellers who have flights later in the day....

"The hotel is bang in the middle of the city centre and is a stone’s throw away from the Kossuth Lajos tube station. The room was clean. The corridors were a bit dates, scuff marks on the wall etc. they could do with a bit of up-keep. The breakfast was average with hot food and cold cuts options and pastries. The unlimited coffee and water was a nice touch. With some improvement it deserves the 4* hotel title but I think this hotel overall needs a bit of improvement. "

"The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again! "
