"A pretty good apart hotel with amazing staff and customer service. Clean, reasonably priced and based in a good location. The only thing I can point out is it would’ve been nice to have some bottled water available at hand but I suppose that’s due to the fact that water in Hungary is deemed safe to drink from the tap. "I would recommend not choosing the single rooms with balcony. The room is a bit claustrophobic and the a/c wasn’t working in the winter. They did offer me to change room and removed a room service charge for breakfast as a gesture of good will."

"A very clean hotel with, an amazing location, The staff in the hotel is very friendly, polite and attentive. Breakfast had a good assortment of bread and cold meats, hot counter breakfast and plenty of teas and coffees to choose from. The only thing to say is it was a bit noisy for my liking, maybe need an extra glazing to silence the early morning city noise. "

"From the moment of walking into the hotel, the staff were outstanding in thier service. Extremely helpful and welcoming. We arrived early hoping to leave our bags in the storage area. Reception informed us that our room was ready and allowed us to check in early. The room itself was immaculate, stylish with everything we needed. "Like everything about this hotel, BUT , the hotel have no health and safety awareness. Stairs have no banisters (hand rail). A friend fell a few steps because of that. "

"The hotel is beautiful. I paid a little extra for spa access and was able to enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms are clean, and comfortable but the carpet, and crown molding need a little updating. Overall, I love this hotel, and would stay there again. The staff members were very nice, and extremely helpful, and professional. "

"A great location for a hotel, the pre arrival team made me very welcome. Checkin was seamless, room was available at 4pm on the day of arrival. Room was excellent Having eaten breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions I would recommend having some “specials” as the menu is a bit dated. Also the wine mentioned on the menu was no longer available. I also recommend having someone at the entrance to welcome customers in and ensure there is follow-up with the floor staff."

Charming Hotel with Easy Access to City

"Lovely hotel, with beautiful old-fashioned decor, very close to the centre of the city. Excellent breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and the hotel windows have external blinds to reduce noise and light. Modern, upgraded rooms are available but we prefer classic furnishings. "
