"Fantastic hotel great friendly staff"

"Staff was very friendly. Booked the stay for my partner for her birthday as it had spa facilities, which she likes to use. However, the hot tub wasn't working and the steam room was on and off. It's not great to book a hotel for it's spa facilities if half of them are not working, especially if this was a birthday stay. "Friendly staff. Very clean. Enjoyed a swim but pool is small so don’t be disappointed if you are a pro swimmer fine for me dawdling up and down with it to myself. Lovely sauna. Breakfast is a bit expensive so didn’t bother with that. Bed was comfy and warm. "

"Couple staying for our anniversary. Dinner in both restaurants absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Spa facilities were decent however steam room by the pool was closed. This was not an issue as there is a steam room in the changing rooms. Gym and fitness classes were fun and easy to book as was the use of the pickle ball court.
