"The grounds on this hotel are gorgeous. Also very clean. Only thing is that some things need to be replaced like the microwave door because it fell off. Also. the restroom drawer was lopsided after opening it once. All this just made me chuckle. "

"The only drawback was the restaurant, we were in town briefly and chose the restaurant out of convenience for breakfast, the food wasn’t up to par with the rest of the facility. However not a deal breaker."

"the location was great. Easy access to the Riverwalk and downtown. Access to the property was secure. Very clean. Only problem I had was a good working remote (for the tv) and the mirror ligting in the bathroom was a bit dim."

"I gave a 4 star rating because I self-parked. When I was leaving the garage to head home it required the ticket that I was given when getting to the hotel-$42 per 24 hours. I saw where it said scan room key to exit. My wife had not turned in her key and we saw the scan barcode area. If we had not had that we would have been charged double for parking because we did express checkout. Just make sure you don’t get charged double!"
