"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "The cottage was dirty, the kitchen smelt of grease and all the pots where dirty. It smelt very fusty like it had been left unused for a long time. Beds where very uncomfortable, my wife described it as the worst nights sleep she has ever had. None of my kids could sleep either. Left after the first night and had to spend more money to stay somewhere. When I mentioned all this to the host they completely ignored me and stopped responding to my messages."

"Photos and description don't do it justice. What an absolute delight and beyond. Furnished like a show flat but it's the little detauls that really make this: the cotton buds/pads in the bathroom, cereals in the cupboard, milk and yoghurt in the fridge... "Stayed here for one night on new year's. Was a comfortable stay, our room was quite a way from the entrance - up and down stairs and corridors, not a problem for us but could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Room was a good size and had shower gels, tea and coffee. Comfy bed. Had dinner in the evening which was nice though seemed there was only 2 vegetarian options so a couple more would have been better. Breakfast was nice and a good amount of options. Staff were really friendly....
