"Very comfortable stay and hassle free parking. However, we lost wifi for the entire last day of our stay and there was no response from the company as to why or when it will be fixed, and all this when your phone network is very weak in the neighborhood. "

"An old-school property that has been fixed up. Great customer service. The extras are fantastic. What hotel doesn't like free bikes, etc. You need to work on breakfast though!! It doesn't take much. Offer it and do it well, or don't. Nobody wants to remind you that your slim breakfast was missing something like an egg or fruit. I loved it there. A great bar across the street with great bar food. Robin Hood!!"

"Location: so close to Fisherman’s wharf. Ample water taxis to get you around Pool, hot tub, fitness centre, comfy beds and pillows. Extremely friendly staff. Their breakfast restaurant is very reasonably priced and the food is excellent. Staff go above expectations for service and accommodate all requests Front desk very helpful and welcoming "
