I was not expecting to hear back from the hotel so quickly or even a check in before 2pm. I just want to extend my thanks to the gentleman that checked me in and to your entire staff and crew for their hospitality and amazing guest service, you truly went above and beyond to accommodate my partner and I. "The valet Jimmy was our first contact at the hotel and he was awesome! The desk receptionist got us checked in quickly and was very nice! Our room was handicap accessible and I didn’t ask for that. I think it should have been saved for someone that needed it. Just my opinion. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were my favorite thing. I like that they offer breakfast."
