"Excellent. Room was great - modern, clean and a bit bigger than most rooms have found in Japan for the price. We reckoned it was the best place we stayed all trip and we stayed in some considerably pricier joints. Staff were accommodating to requests - pleasant and professional. When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly.
