"What an incredible stay. From the minute you arrive, you experience the investment made to customer service. You are taken care of immediately and made to feel that you're their most important customer. There's an older service model which believes in providing service over everything else. As far as the room goes - it was a suite, top floor. Incredible view, incredible space, all finished beautifully. Enjoyed snacks and drinks at the pool. I can't speak highly enough of our anniversary experience here, but it's something to experience. Don't hesitate."

"I got the privilege of staying in the Dylan, and Ruth. I loved both, equally. The staff were delightful, experienced and accommodating. The Charlie has managed to maintain a low profile, making it very special and exclusive among the “local” patrons. mmake this place "

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The room was overall comfortable in all departments from sheet, bed, shower, and small considerate things. For example, black out curtains, blue tooth speakers for music, a anti-slip map for the shower, and specialized shower heads to deal with require low water pressure for the city (so you won't notice it too much). All the staff were very nice to me and the breakfast in the morning was top notch. They also a had small convivence store downstairs, but I wouldn't recommend it having things you would actually need in a pinch. I do recall needing a nail clipper and floss, but none was in stock when I needed it. The location of the hotel was fair, but most note worthy places were are least 20-30 minute drive, but the stay at the hotel is more than worth the extra travel time."
