"Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and public parts of the hotel are clean. Lobby looks nice and seems like a good place to socialize. Room cleaning schedule can feel a little bit random -- housekeeping doesn't necessarily come every day, though housekeeper did leave me extra towels and shampoo, etc., I guess to cover when they weren't coming. Provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, etc. all smell very nice. Hotel restaurant food is okay, but feels a bit pricey for what you get. You can order takeout to the hotel, and they'll have the delivery folks leave it on a shelf across from the front desk for you. There is a guest laundry room in the basement. "

"While the lower lobby and rooms felt a bit dated (which is odd considering this is a relatively new hotel), the location can't be beat. In addition, the staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the $50 resort fee which is supposed to include beach access, lounge chairs and towels. However, the beach is free for anyone after Labor Day and chairs aren't available at the end of September as the beach season is over. So basically $50 resort fee for beach towels?"
