"We were very much looking forward to this stay as a family. We arrived and as I was checking in, my son was asked “what are you doing here?”. Given he was standing with bags and next to my wife, near the reception where I was checking in - this made him feel unwelcome and the fact the security guard then continued to watch him, not a great start. "We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. The room was a bit small for two with luggage but the location was convenient for us as it was super close to the old town, canal and Schnoor. I like that there was a coffee machine in the room and glass bottled water. Motion sensor night lights were a nice though too. Parking nearby was expensive at €30/day and quite narrow spaces but that’s not the hotels fault. "

"I spent an amazing night in this hotel. Clean room, great bed and clean bed linen. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is soap and shampoo for a shower in the bathroom, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste and towels. I recommend and will be back soon."
