"this property is more like a college dorm/apartment than a hotel and i have rated it accordingly. to be a standard hotel the carpet and furnishings need a substancial upgrade. that being said the location is great. less than 5 mins walk to the harbour, and right in the middle of restaurants and shopping. even with the worn appearance it was clean and the staff was friendly. recommend it as a reasonable option if you are ok with the modest vibe."
