"It is a little further out from the city, but there is a tram stop not even a 10 minute walk away. The staff were brilliant, so attentive and I can’t express how amazing your servers / kitchen team are - always have a smile on their faces, the little “morning, how are you today” really does go a long way :)) The hotel itself is stunning, it has a gym and the rooms / bathrooms are fantastic. 100% would recommend and booking again. "After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"
