"We really enjoyed our 3 nights at this property. We were given the entire top floor of one unit that overlooked the river (I booked a 2 bed, private bathroom room). We let them know the ceiling fan was not working and the next time we returned to our room after going off for the day, we found that they had brought us several oscillating fans and placed them in the room which was very appreciated and made the stay enjoyable. "Super value and a quiet, peaceful place to stay. No frills but just what we needed. Coffee was available (for a price) from an automatic machine which was super helpful because we had to leave the next morning before breakfast was served. "

"After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"
