"The staff were very friendly and professional during check-in. Breakfast was great. They had a buffet offering a typical English breakfast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, a coffee machine and fruit juice. The location was great (a short walk to Watford Junction station). The room was spacious and clean. There are shops, pubs and restaurants just a 2 or 3 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again."

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Watford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out.
Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford!

Unfortunately the internet and smart TV were pretty bad so you may struggle to use streaming services like Disney plus etc to to watch movie and series etc. But apart from the the place was perfect
