"We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours. The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! Wish we had of stayed a couple of days to experience more of the resorts options. "

"Me and my friend needed somewhere short notice and more a place to rest our heads rather than the hotel actually be a main part to our trip. Id read mixed reviews but price and the included breakfast swung it. I'd definitely be questioning if it is a 4 star and if I was picking somewhere for me and a girlfriend/ wife I would look elsewhere. "The place was exactly what we needed and it was incredibly cheap for the Fri - Mon (long weekend), staff were friendly and helpful, always a nice greeting, very clean, apartments were mediumish size but perfect what we needed. Overall very very good experience! "

"Exellent place to stay but now they have a lot off youngster’s coming who the hotel can control late at nights as they are ranting and raving into the early hours off the morning and you can’t get to sleep till 4am been going to the same hotel for last 7 years but I think it’s time to change as hotel staff did nothing about the youngsters "

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. We had the family room, which was two rooms. This was great for our family of two adults and two teens. The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was so cute, and it was nice to each have our own bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful. We were there on a Thursday at the end of November. "Amazing hotel! Located very far from central places in the heart of the mountains with a great view. A large and varied spa, one of the best I've met. Excellent outdoor swimming pool. A spacious suite with a double jacuzzi. The car park is adjacent to the suite. Excellent breakfast and dinner was also good.
