"We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours. The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! The lack of all inclusive snack bar was a let down and the "hot" food at meals times was always luke warm if not cold. There was often a queue but it went down quickly. "The staff were nice and friendly, really helpful! The aircon was dripping all night. The noise was so bad, doors slamming residents partying and shouting the worst hotel if you want to try and sleep. Luckily we were only there for one night because our flight got cancelled the next day and we flew one day before and needed a place for the night. "

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. We had the family room, which was two rooms. This was great for our family of two adults and two teens. The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was so cute, and it was nice to each have our own bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful. We were there on a Thursday at the end of November. "Amazing hotel! Located very far from central places in the heart of the mountains with a great view. A large and varied spa, one of the best I've met. Excellent outdoor swimming pool.
