"We really enjoyed the industrial design of this location. The patient and friendly staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was nutritious and delicious every morning. The recommendations that all of the staff gave us were phenomenal. Matty was amazing, Patty gave us a solid Thai Massage recommendation. And Nathan showed us around the market near the university. If you are looking for a overall relaxed environment, with social events if you choose to do them, this is a great spot."

"Very cool hotel with the friendliest most welcoming staff we've encountered anywhere. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioner was the quietest we've had in Thailand. Breakfast was the best, and during the day there was unlimited tea/coffee/cocoa, water and snacks! The pool is cool and inviting. As my husband Onslow said, it's like they don't want us to go anywhere else! Walking distance to excellent street food at Chiang Mai gate."

"Lovely stay at Shamrock. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool felt slightly like an amenity that somewhere you could swim (there were no pool loungers). Rooms were lovely and nicely decorated."

"Great location, walkable to major temples, laundry service next door, several nice restaurants and massage places and 7 eleven 5 minutes walk, easy to get transportation, walking streets and night markets 10 minutes walk, very safe area, quiet, comfortable room, comfortable bed, very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. No bathroom problems. Room small with not enough furniture to store personal belongings. Small swimming pool, did not use it. Overall very nice hotel. Will stay again. "

"This is was an excellent stay and it is a family run business. It is in the heart of chiang mai. Tons if restaurants, coffee shops and massage clinics near by. The morning breakfast is great and you choose from her menu. She is very accommodating and the husband runs the coffee shop. Great coffee. They have a mango tree and a nice dog too. She can suggest places to see and organize taxis too if you need. "

"The hotel is homey with great support from the manager and staff. It is local to good restaurants and wonderful street food. Its location in old city made is easy to walk around Chiang Mai for shopping, massages and meals. We were able to be picked up from the hotel for our planned excursions. The room was comfortable and included a refridgerator. Close to Saturday night market."

"The hotel was extremely clean and convenient in a quite safe location with very walkable route to street markets and Night Bazaar which began at 5pm nightly. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The property also has a very full breakfast buffet and the sister hotel right next door “The Premier Empress” has a nightly buffet that was delicious. The breakfast buffet area latter serves lunch and dinner. There is a great message place steps away. The pool was very nice and not crowded but it might have been because we were there in January. Although the pool was not heated, it was very swimmable. There is also a sauna and fitness room on the same floor. Upon checkout, the staff called an UBER like service for us which equaled to approx. $6.00 US. It was a lovely stay. "
