"Arm, Mark and Wine were beyond an amazing staff. Breakfast was excellent even when an early start for the day was needed, everything would be packaged up in a togo package. They handled all of transportation needed for visiting all the wonderful places in Bangkok. Not to mention all the special touches like noticed my birthday date on my passport and surprising me with cake or the special afternoon tea they set up. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Bangkok. Excellent location...

"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay with them seamless for exploring Bangkoks many activities, food, and Wats. Even our driver to and from the airport was set up easily with the staff even though we had to leave at 3am for the coast our last day. Absolutely will come back. We love you Pan!"

"Nice boutique hotel. Cleaning could be a little more thorough. Our room was quite warm when we arrived but eventually cooled off. Very close to lots of shopping and food. Roof top pool could use some shade for lounging in such hot temperatures. Overall a nice stay. "

Close to the river and also grand place - but easy access to lots of other sights- compact but comfortable rooms great beds and all amenities you could need - really liked the rooftop pool. Staff were all amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Great place."

"Staff was wonderful and the rooms were decorated wonderfully. We were here over a holiday so it was quite loud. So much so that we had to use noise canceling headphones to sleep, but the second night was much quieter. Coffee shop was great. Would recommend the yuzu cold brew"

Great location. In the middle of it all.

"Checkin staff were good but on checkout they neglected to return the cash deposit and apon realising I needed to return and get it back. The place was dirty, as in not ever cleaned properly dirty. Ok the place is old as the name says, Dang Derm translates to Old Place, and it’s in need of a refurbishment but grime on the floor from not being mopped is unacceptable. Then there’s the water in the shower, hot then cold, hot, cold, extremely hot then cold. Not recommended."

"The entire stay went without a single hitch. My room was ready when I arrived, a few hours before check in. The room was very clean with great amenities for the price. The breakfast buffet was great, the location was fantastic for tourists like me, and the staff were incredibly welcoming.
