"Quaint hotel located in a suburban location. Family owned hotel with only 30 rooms. Parking was easy and free. Room was very clean and the property was very well maintained. The staff were great and very helpful. When we checked out we mistakenly forgot one of our small suitcases in the room. The hotel saved our case and made every effort to get in touch with us to retrieve it. "The room was nice and so was breakfast. View of the church was lovely. Unfortunately, at check in we were told we had breakfast included, but at checkout we did not and were charged 16€ which was a little annoying. Not a terrible price, but still frustrating. "

"The Hotel is fairly new, the rooms are well designed and the bathroom is just how it should be. Everything was clean and the smell was neutral, which is good. A really good room to get to, after a long day. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. They were nice to talk to. There are only 2 things that i would "complain" about: 1. "We rented two rooms for the same price. We were told they were both beautiful. They were both nice, but one was spacious with a beautiful view, the other small and under the roof with a small window and not much of a view. That was disappointing. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We did enjoy our stay and would stay there again. "

"The hotel was conveniently located. It was clean and comfort was ok. The staff were great. I had a few issues, I did expect better quality, I got a kingsize bed with 1x queen sized duvet and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Lighting was difficult to figure out, there are too many light switches. I won’t stay again based on the price, I could have stayed somewhere better. "

Lovely relaxing stay in Ingolstadt

"Lovely hotel situated in the centre of Ingolstadt. Well maintained. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No air con but a desk fan was provided. The room was cleaned each day and new towels provided. The breakfast provided was very good. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would stay at the hotel again if visiting Ingolstadt. "
