"This was a cozy, rustic-modern place within walking distance to the coastal trail and excellent food! My only complaint is that the bed was pretty small. I don’t know what size it was but felt like a full bed and wasn’t the most comfortable for two people."

"This property was perfect for our trip two parents and one adult daughter. Great to have so many supplies in the kitchen to use for cooking, although we ate all our meals at our Anchorage daughter’s home. Great to have two full bathrooms. No waiting for a shower! Nice quiet neighborhood. We look forward to booking there again."

"Nice clean apartment for our short stay in anchorage. Well stocked and clean and new, great for families. There is no dining table so that was the only uncomfortable point for this property, there is a kitchen island with stools that sufficed for us. "

"The apartment had two bedrooms- each with a king sized bed and a bathroom nearby. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe with a nice park across the street. It was an easy walk to downtown. The outside key pad on the door into the building as well as the door into the apartment were temperamental at times. I had to contact the owner a few times. The owner was always available! The apartment could use some maintenance.The dishwasher did not work...

"I stayed for a week conference being held at the Capt Cook hotel. I actually enjoyed my stay here at the waterfront rather than the hotel itself. Quiet, nice park in front. Does require stairs to access. Super comfy and clean inside. Washer/dryer avail which was a big plus. Internet worked great. Thank you!!"

"Great property for four people who preferred a living room instead of a hotel lobby to hang out in together. Just needed for one night until our guide arrived for a week of hiking. We walked to downtown anchorage - sidewalks and light traffic made it easy, but it was .8 miles so it was a short (20 min?) walk to town. "
