"This property was perfect for our trip two parents and one adult daughter. Great to have so many supplies in the kitchen to use for cooking, although we ate all our meals at our Anchorage daughter’s home. Great to have two full bathrooms. No waiting for a shower! Nice quiet neighborhood. We look forward to booking there again."

"This apartment is nicely located midway between the airport and downtown. It is spacious and worked well for two couples. We had a couple of easy meals in the kitchen / dining area. It was a quick drive to the old town area for dining out. I would stay here again. "

"This property is within walking distance of downtown Anchorage and the dining and entertainment options there. Checking in and checking out were super easy. I would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment had two bedrooms- each with a king sized bed and a bathroom nearby. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe with a nice park across the street. It was an easy walk to downtown. The outside key pad on the door into the building as well as the door into the apartment were temperamental at times. I had to contact the owner a few times. The owner was always available! The apartment could use some maintenance.The dishwasher did not work...

"Nice studio, but getting in and out of the loft bed is very difficult. I slept on the couch."

"This is a solo traveler's dream. Private entrance to a fenced yard. Cute studio with a big recliner where you can toast your feet in front of the electric fireplace. Bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer so you can clean your clothes while dressed for bed. Appliances include Keurig, toaster and even an air fryer."

"Had to find another place to stay at 11pm because we arrived on a late flight (5 hours after check in time) and the apt. was still in the middle of being cleaned (beds unmade, laundry in the washer and on the floor, cleaning supplies in the bathroom, all the cabinets open, ect). There was no one there. It was like they just walked out in the middle. No response from the owner for almost 24 hours. We were given a refund. Not the best start to our vacation."
