"I believe the word “Rustic” applies here. The place is old and unrefined, but it doesn’t deter from its charm and perfect location. Two separate rooms with a door meant we could get the kids to sleep and still stay awake to plan our next day! The lake view was incredible and felt like a dream. Would stay again!"

"This is a beautiful place and very relaxing. People need to know though that there are no TV's, no phone/cell phone service and very limited WiFi. Also because it is on the reservation, fireworks are sold and allowed for several weeks before and until Aug. sometime, although guest are asked to respect quiet hour at 11:00pm. "

"We stayed at the Forks Motel 2 nights as part of a much longer trip. The room was clean but a little dated. The beds were comfortable, although a couple of extra pillows would have been nice. We probably could have asked for more but we made do. They let us know ahead of time that there was planned blackout scheduled for the area on our first night which we appreciated. Overall it was comfortable and quiet which is what we needed after a day of exploring the park. "
