"Great location, decently clean. Some stains on the carpet but nothing major. AC was very good, so was the wifi. TV sound didnt work well when connected to HDMI for watching movies on iPad or laptop. Great place for the price "

"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. Room is comfortable with the good air conditioning and excellent TV entertainment. Keep it up and I will definitely stay here again when...

"The hotel is in a convenient location with small clean rooms. They switched my room in the middle of my stay to a room with terrible wifi and demanded a surcharge to return to the original room. I asked if I could book my original room in the future they said no could only book from them directly at a higher rate. "

"Location is very convenient from the MRT and The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was quite small and like other reviews stated the walls are thin so outside/neighboring room noise could be heard. On Expedia it stated that they offer 24 hour shuttle service, however that is false. Front desk said they don't. The dryer also doesn't work efficiently on bigger loads. If you have a few pieces of clothing only then it works fine and it's not free. Overall, minus the dryer not working...

"Super convenient to get to this hotel from Taipei main station by taking the local train to Wanhua. The hotel is directly above the local train station. It is also about 5 mins walk from the Longshan MRT station. Hotel is clean and room facilities did not give any issues. However, the elevator can get super packed during the peak periods, due to many tour groups choosing the same hotel for their accommodation. Waited for about 10 to 15 mins at the lift lobby on our room level but still could not get into the lift. Went back to the hotel room to wait instead. That was at approx 10.30am."
