"Well to be fair I did not stay there my son stayed there while he was on a training course and he had no complaints so I'm sure if there was anything he would have complained to me. He said the staff were very nice the room was good plenty fresh towels bed made every day plenty parking in the car park breakfast wasn't too bad it was a help yourself so believe me he probably did help himself. "Stay was adequate but there were 3 issues Firstly the television sound kept going down by itself which was quite annoying while trying to watch the tv. Secondly I had to call the out of hours re leaving at 6.30 and was told to just leave the key in the room. There should be a drop box or somewhere residents can put their keys to leave before the receiption is in place And finally the American door locks need upgrading to a key card system as it was difficult opening and locking the room "
