"This hotel was amazing. For one, they have complimentary cookies, coffee, and tea available. The staff was attentive and nice as well. The location was also convenient because it was right next to a cable car pickup station and less than 500 feet from another one. Only that sucked was that they gave us a 2 for 1 drink coupon and on said coupon it said they were open from Monday- Sunday, 4:30-9:30, but then they were closed Sunday and Monday so we couldn’t use it. Overall still loved it, will definitely be coming back. "
