THIS TIME WE FOUND OUT THAT MAINTENANCE OF FACILITY HAD DETERIORATED : - DOORS OF THE WARDROBE IN THE BEDROOM WERE STUCK, AND COULD NOT BE USED, ALTHOUGH ATTEMPTS TO FIX IT. - TO TOILET SEAT WAS LOOSE AND NOT PROPERLY TIGHTENED, AND SEAT SLIDED AND WE SLIPPED OFF THE SEAT. "The description of the hotel included "Indoor pool", "balcony or tarrace" in every room, "raindrop shower-head" and free internet. We were presented a room without windows (only ceiling windows covered with snow). The "indoor pool" turned out to be a jacuzi without any water (!). They told us that we had to inform them 12h in advance if we wanted to use the jacuzi. This is ridiculous as no information about that was presented in advance to us. "It's a good, cheap place to stay in central Bucharest. Not the most comfortable, I especially don't enjoy the shared bathroom/toilets, but it'll do for a short stay. A distinct 80s vibe to it, but at least it's very clean."

Florian was amazingly friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The morning breakfast they prepared was delicious and beyond all expectations. Sinaia is beautiful and this hotel is the crown jewel to top it all off. "
