"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). "Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. It stank and the noise of the macerator and vent was horribly noisy. Paymán expected me to stay let a handyman try and fixit.he was due to get to me in an hour. I had arrived at 5:40 at 6:50they...

"Well appointed, cosy apartment in London Colney. I stayed on my own, which was fine, however with two people it would have been a bit too cosy! I noted there was a shared kitchen facility although I had no need to use this. I had a few small niggles with the apartment (e.g. no nightstands, no bedside light, ill-fitting toilet seat, no terrestrial tv) however these were minor and overall I enjoyed staying here. Also reasonably good value for money, given the price of hotels in the area."
