"Great service, really friendly staff at reception. Our floor was being renovated so it looked a bit messy, and the cleaner came in the room about 10 am when we were still there getting dressed up.... but apart from that really good hotel! also nice area to go on walks and hikes."

"der Check-in ging kontaktlos ohne Personal, was absolut reibungslos funktionierte. Haus, Treppenhaus und Lift absolut sauber. Die Küche und der Flur absolut auch sauber und sehr gut gepflegt und gereinigt. Dasselbe gilt auch für das Zimmer. Das Bad neuwertig und mit Föhn, Schminkspiegel, Handtuchheizkörper und Dusche ausgestattet. Alles in allem sehr gut. Würde wieder hier einchecken. "

"Arrived at 7.20pm to be told that reception closed at 6.20 even though websites states 9pm. Was then told there was no reservation though they later found it, then was asked to pay again ...... until I could prove I had paid. Else the hotel was ok, the pillows in the room were useless. Evening meal and breakfast were good though. "
