"Very clean, comfortable room. Nice bed and shower. It is very close to the University, but you should know that there isn't much else around. There is a small grocery store and bakery below the hotel, but for restaurants you'll need to take a tram. That said, the Augsburg tram system is very easy to use, and it's not far into the city center. But the hotel itself is great. I would definitely stay again."

Leider gab es Probleme bei einchecken… erst wurde mir eine Alternativ Unterkunft angeboten, dann Sol ich doch in die gebuchte … dann hat es bei einchecken , bzw der Code für die Tür war fehlerhaft. Nach 3 Telefonate hat es geklappt und zum Schluss kam noch die Aufforderung ich soll die Unterkunft noch mal bezahlen? Obwohl die schon bezahlt war ……"

Our room was over top the kitchen and we heard everything taking place in the kitchen.( chopping, washing and conversation) . Dinner was ok, there were children running in the dining room our entire dinner. When we asked to check out early, there wasn't anyone there to help us... We asked for a refund for two nights stay and was refused by the waiter who had some unknown person on the...

"Found this hotel to be a classic smaller German city hotel. Very close to pedestrian zones, the train station and restaurants. It was small, but efficient. Rooms were clean and neat. The staff was over the top friendly. Great stay for the money. Oh, and the breakfast room was amazing. Would stay here again without question!"
