The only complaint that we had was that they claimed to have climate controlled rooms however, when trying to use the termostat, the AC never came on and neither did the fan. We could open the window, but that defeated the purpose of a soundproof room. "

"Let me start with the staff...they were knowledgeable in aii Factes, and answered all our questions. The hotel beautiful and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
