"This was our 3rd time at the GDM Megaron and I cannot say enough great things about the hotel. Staff is courteous, helpful, always available. Hotel and rooms are clean, quiet, safe and always with immaculate attention to detail. Location couldn’t be any better relative to shopping, dining, walking, airport, seaport etc. this is and always will be my go-to location to stay in Heraklion (and we actually even have family there we could stay with for free, but just prefer to be on our own). It’s obviously a little on the expensive side but well worth it. "

They made our honeymoon unforgettable with thoughtful touches that made us feel celebrated and cared for. Whether it was the beautifully prepared room, the complimentary wine, we felt completely spoiled. The resort itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. It offered the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury, with breathtaking views, lovely pools, and quiet spots to unwind. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Village Heights Resort for making our honeymoon so magical! We can’t wait to return someday!"

"We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just sharing our feelings. We definitely recommend the place, and of course we will go back there soon!"
